Bangor: Windshadow Farm Artisan Cheese

November 2, 2019 @ 12:00 pm

  • « Lawrence: Then and Now Exhibit
  • Covert: Story Time »

Learn about artisan cheese when our friends from Windshadow Farm and Dairy visit VBDL Bangor Branch. Co-owner Sue Kline presents a program about the farm’s dairy goats and the cheese house. You’ll even get to enjoy samples of artisan cheese from Windshadow! Windshadow Farm & Dairy was awarded Van Buren County Conservation District’s 2019 Farmer of the Year. The program is free and open to the public. The event complements the Smithsonian Institution’s traveling exhibit, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, that is open to the public at VBDL Webster Memorial, Decatur, October 18 – December 5. Crossroads is made possible with support from Michigan Humanities.
