Van Buren District Library’s Webster Memorial Branch will be closed Monday, April 12, through Tuesday, April 20, as the building renovation continues.

Associate Director Molly Wunderlich said the construction project is entering the final stages.

“During the closure, carpet and flooring will be installed throughout the public area, the contractors will finish painting, and the shelving will be rearranged into a new, permanent design,” said Wunderlich.

The renovation was made possible by the Webster Memorial Trust, the Van Buren District Library Board, and a $45,000 grant from the Michigan Council for the Arts and Cultural Affairs.
